Villa Nikos is one of two indepentent, amazing and private villas with swimming pool, located in the outskirts of the village Vrises, in the famous area of Apokoronas, 35 Km away from Chania, Crete. The villa combines a traditional and luxury style, is placed in the middle of a cypress forest and olive grove, with magnificent view to the White Mountains, just only 8 Km away (12 min driving time) from the beautiful beach of Georgioupolis.

The villa, has built in 2008, is fully-equipped and incorporates an amazing private pool, a huge terrace, and a beautiful flower's garden. It is an ideal retreat for nature's lovers and offers quiet and relaxing holidays away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The villa is OPEN ALL YEAR and is able to accommodate up to 7 persons.

In a distance of about 1.5 Km from the villa, our guests can reach the center of Vrises, a picturesque cretan village with traditional taverns, restaurants, cafeterias and mini-markets. Even a greater variety of amenities (restaurants, cafe, super markets etc.) are available in Georgioupolis village, 8 km away from the villa. For bars, clubs and amazing nightlife the capital city of Chania is the ideal place.

Activities arround: Our guests can also enjoy many sports and activities like sight-seeing, trekking and mountain biking arround the beautiful nature of the area, rafting in Kiliaris River, canoe in Kournas Lake and as well as swimming and sea sports in the beaches of Georgioupolis and Almyrida.

Villa Nikos is a 130 sqm traditional stone-made building situated in a two-level layout that can accommodate up to 7 persons. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large and comfortable living room and a spacious kitchen/dinning area.

The main entrance leads to the ground level whre our guest will find the the living room, the dinning/kitchen area, one bedroom and the shower bathroom.

The living room contains 2 comfortable couches for 6 persons, an open stone-made fireplace for the winter nights, a modern dinning table, as well as electronic devices for entertainment: a 29" TV, free WiFi Internet and a DVD/CD player. The kitchen corner is fully-equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary self-catering cooking facilities.

The ground level also contains a superb twin bedroom, equipped with air-condition, bedside tables, wardrobe and dresser with mirror, and a luxury WC with a shower.

An internal wooden staircase leads to the first level of the villa, that incorporates the master double-bed bedroom, a second twin bedroom and the main bathroom.

Each bedroom is luxurious and confortable, decorated with high-vaulted wooden ceilings, ans is also equipped with air-condition, bed-side tables, wardrobe and dresser with mirror. The master bedroom has also an en-suite bathroom with shower. From each bedroom, a door leads to a furnished balcony with amazing 180° view to the garden, the White Mountains and the olive groves arround. The main bathroom is luxury and fully-equipped with jacussi and washing machine.

The villa has many other facilities such as: iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bathrobes and toiletries, fine linens and towels etc.

The villa is surrounded by a superb garden with lawn, flowers, olive and cypress trees, in an area of 1 acre. In the front side of the villa exists an extensive pergola-covered patio area with furniture, and an amazing private swimming pool (25 sqm) with children corner, fully-equipped with sun-beds and umbrellas for relaxing.

In the back side of the villa exists a pergola-covered barbecue with a traditional oven where our guests can easily use to organize a feast. Besides the villa, there is a farm with olive trees, a garden with fresh vegetables and a small animal farm with chickens and hens available to our guests.

Villa has its own private off-road parking for one or two cars.

The countryside around the villa is magnificent and our guests can use the mountain bikes we offer in the villa, in order to explore the beauties of the cretan nature.
