The villa is OPEN ALL YEAR, from January to December and is able to accommodate up to 8 persons. Small beds (cradles) are also available for families with little babies.

In a walking distance of 300m from the villa there is a restaurant while tourist shops, taverns, cafeterias, super market can be reached in Plakias, in just 1,5km distance. Rethymno is 30km away and the airport of Chania 90km and of Heraklion 110km.

The villa is situated in one floor layout and can accommodate 6 – 8 persons. There are three bedrooms with king size double beds and three WC/Bathrooms with Shower.

The main entrance leads into a spacious Dining/Living room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Cooker and oven, fridge and freezer etc., and a sitting corner with huge comfortable sofa and satellite TV.

  

In addition facilities include FREE wireless INTERNET access 24 hours, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV in all bedrooms, iron with ironing board and washing machine.

On the exterior of the villa there is a very nice garden with palm tress, flowers and stone constructions. A competitive advantage of the villa is the huge (70 sq.m) balcony under a wooden pergola with wooden chairs and tables where you can enjoy your breakfasts/meals/coffees combined with the AMAZING direct View to the ocean and to the mountains ending to the sea.

A parking space for your car is available right outside the Villa.
